The mixture of Berber and Arab cultures with influences from southern Europe makes Morocco so incomparable. People preserve their culture and their way of life. The word counts there as a contract. I've been there a few times and fell more and more in love with the country and the people.

On the border with Algeria, deeper in the Sahara, one of the last nomadic families in Morocco hosted me. The hospitality is incredible. The children's mother baked fresh bread especially for us. Traditionally made from the desert soil.
